The purpose of the Parent Center is to serve as a resource for parents and/or guardians in order to encourage and support children in their academic, emotional and social growth.   

We are committed to supporting our parents, students, teachers and the community partners to provide educational opportunities and resources to connect home and school learning that will enhance greater academic achievement in the school setting.  We support all students and their families as well as encourage parent involvement in the educational process through purposeful communication and informative workshops such as these. 

In the Parent Center, parents can receive information, instructional materials, personal assistance, training and other support to provide the best education possible for children.

Teachers and students may also take advantage of the opportunity to partake in the Center’s activities and resources.  A Parental Advisory activity is scheduled monthly to inform parents and/or guardians of various services and opportunities that are available to them that may strengthen and provide additional family support to help bridge the home and school learning.

The Parent Center is open to all parents and family members who have children enrolled in Title 1 Schools in the Bienville Parish School System.
